OurSongForever is operated by Cervly Global Pte. Ltd., 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07, Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address; the story details you share for your song (names, memories, occasions); and your delivery preferences.

Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Technical information: basic device and usage data (browser type, pages visited) collected through cookies to keep the site working and improve it.

2. How we use it

We use your data to create and deliver your custom song, process payment, send order updates, respond to support requests, and improve our service. Your story details are shared only with the songwriters and producers working on your order — never sold or used for advertising.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate — payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery, and hosting — under contracts that protect your information. We may disclose data where required by law.

Your story details (names, memories, messages) are used only to create your song and are never sold or shared with advertising partners.

4. Advertising & analytics

To measure our advertising, we use pixels and tags (loaded via Google Tag Manager) from advertising partners. These partners collect technical data (such as device and browser information, pages visited, and events like purchases) through cookies and similar technologies, and we may share limited conversion data (such as a hashed version of your email address and order value) so they can measure ad performance:

AppLovin is a third party that collects data on our site through its Axon pixel. AppLovin uses this data to measure and improve the advertising that brought you here, in accordance with its own privacy policy. 5. Retention

We keep your order details and finished song so your private link keeps working. You may ask us to delete your data at any time; we retain only what the law requires (e.g. transaction records).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws. Write to us at hello@oursongforever.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site, and analytics and advertising cookies (including first-party identifiers set for our advertising partners, such as AppLovin's "axwrt" cookie) to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site keeps working without the advertising cookies.
